Overall experience was a challenge. The status was showing delivered when I did not get but 2 of 11 items ordered. There is no phone # to call this company. I sent more than one email to the published Cust Service email address, without reply. It was not feeling good when I had placed $140 order, had not received all the product I paid for, and was not getting a response from the company! Once I fussed on Facebook and sent a messenger note, then someone finally replied. They saw they had only done a pre-label to the USPS but had not shipped the product. They rectified and I finally did get everything I ordered and paid for. The product tastes delicious and I look forward to sharing as Christmas gifts. Just to get it was painful.
