Shipping policy

Please note, we are not responsible for undelivered claims. We ship to the address provided in the "shipping address". If the package is tracked as delivered and for any reason, you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Shipping Costs

For all orders shipping inside of United States, we are happy to offer free standard shipping for orders over $60. For all other orders you can use the shipping rates calculator on the checkout page to see what your shipping cost would be to any area in United States.

Shipping Times

Orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday, 9 AM EST to 2 PM EST. Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. All orders will ship within 24 business hours of receipt. If you are placing an order before 2 PM EST, and would like to have it shipped the same day, please contact us and we will do our best to ship the order the same day. If your order is time-sensitive, please select the appropriate shipping method to ensure the delivery meets your schedule.

All standard United States shipping holidays apply. 

We typically ship Monday through Friday, except on Federal Holidays.

All times below are in business days after the package leaves our warehouse.

United States

For domestic orders with standard shipping, we ship all packages either by FedEx or USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class. Delivery times range depending upon your location. We also offer the option of selecting a shipping and paying for quicker delivery services.

International

We do not ship Internationally
