How can I pay for my order?
You can use any major credit card, PayPal, or even Apple Pay.
Do you provide samples?
Because we are a small start-up, we are unable to offer samples at this time. While bigger companies are able to send free samples at ease, the logistics for a smaller company like us makes sending out samples prohibitive.

HONEY
Why do my honey crystallize? I got my honey and it is solid (crystallized).
We like to remind our customers that all raw honey crystalizes because it is natural and unprocessed. How fast honey crystallizes depends on the month of harvest and the honey plant that was used to collect pollen. To make honey more soften simply mix with a sturdy knife until the honey has creamy, frosting like texture. If necessary, place jar in warm water or a window sill (lid off) to soften the honey before mixing. Also to bring crystallized honey back to “liquid” consistency you can put it under warm water for 20-30 minutes *but no hotter than 104 degrees F. Thank you!
How should I store my honey?
Honey never spoils! Pots of still edible honey have been uncovered after thousands of years in Egyptian tombs. We mark an expiration date on some of our bottles as required by food stores, but that date is simply to meet their regulations. However, honey, unlike wine, tastes best during its first few years.
HEALTH & ALLERGIES
Can I use your products if I am allergic to bee stings?
We always recommend consulting your doctor/healthcare professional to be safe. That being said, it is rare that those with bee venom allergies (reactions to bee stings) would experience a related reaction to hive products like honey and propolis.
Is honey safe to eat while pregnant?
When it comes to safety during pregnancy, we always recommend consulting your healthcare professional before taking our bee propolis, raw honey, or other bee products. That being said, we know many mothers with very healthy babies that have eaten raw honey throughout pregnancy, but it is always an individual decision.
Is Royal Jelly (Royal Blend) safe to eat during pregnancy?
When it comes to safety during pregnancy, we always recommend consulting your healthcare professional before consuming our bee products. As with other bee products, there is not much research on the safety of royal jelly consumption in pregnant women. Royal jelly is high in proteins, amino acids, and fatty acids, which can be great for the body, but we always recommend checking with your health professional before taking, to be extra safe.
Is Bee Pollen safe to eat during pregnancy?
When it comes to safety during pregnancy, we always recommend consulting your healthcare professional before consuming our bee products. Bee pollen is high in protein and carbohydrates and also supplies tiny doses of certain vitamins and minerals, which can be great for the body, but we always recommend checking with your health professional before taking, to be extra safe.
Is honey safe to eat while breastfeeding?
Yes, moms who are breastfeeding can eat raw honey. Mothers have the stomach acidity to kill any potential germs or bacteria, so there is no risk that germs will be passed to the baby in the breast milk. Regardless, we always recommend consulting your healthcare professional before taking our bee products while breastfeeding.
Is it safe to give honey to children?
Yes, honey is safe for children above 1 year old. Honey is unsafe for children that are below 1 year of age. This is because honey can cause botulism as the child’s immune system is not developed yet. It is not safe for babies under one year old to consume it.
How much honey can your kids eat in a day?
Sugar intake should not constitute more than 10% of dietary energy. This is the daily recommended sugar limit by age group from Health Promotion Board. As a precaution, we are substituting honey for sugar, because honey is a lot more healthier.
Below 12 months: Do NOT give honey in this age group.
1 to 2 years: 7 tsp (35 g) sugar:- that is approximately 2 teaspoons (34 g) honey.
3 to 6 years: 9 tsp (45 g) sugar- approximately 2 1/2 teaspoons (42.5 g) honey.
>6 years: 11 tsp (55 g) sugar- approximately 3 teaspoons (51 g) honey.
Always remember to give your child honey as needed, not over the sugar daily intake recommendation. Look for signs of allergy or discomfort after they consume honey. If your child suffers from some medical conditions, talk to their doctor or health specialist for more information.
BEES & SUSTAINABILITY
Does extracting honey, bee pollen, propolis, or royal jelly hurt bees?
No, not if you do it carefully and sustainably. Bees produce extra high volumes of their products, which means there is plenty to go around. Of course, we make sure to never overharvest from our bees and leave lots of their goodness behind to keep the hives happy and healthy.
Is collecting royal jelly safe for the bees?
We take pride in our ability to sustainably harvest all of the hive superfoods, and royal jelly is no exception. Typically bees, build large queen cells whenever a colony needs a new queen. The current queen will lay an egg and the workers will fill the surrounding cells with royal jelly. In order to harvest royal jelly, this natural process is mimicked by inserting frames with manually built “queen” cells into a hive. The bees will instinctively build out these larger cells and fill them with royal jelly. The frames are then removed at a specific time and the royal jelly is very carefully suctioned out.
Are bee products vegan or vegetarian?
While bee products are technically vegetarian, they are not considered vegan. But, depending on your motivations, you might be willing to eat bee products. Bees pollinate our plants (including ⅓ of our global food supply), so the more sustainable beekeepers there are, the healthier our environment, farms, and gardens will be.
If you’re concerned about environmental impact, keeping bees is not only less harmful than raising traditional livestock, but it actually serves to help the environment because bees are responsible for pollinating many of the flowers and crops which help maintain our ecosystem.
